Fairfield native making N95 masks with aid of 3-D printer

FAIRFIELD — Taylor Abbott is part of Operation Personal Protective Equipment and is using his 3-D printer to make N95 masks for those on the Covid-19 front lines.

Abbott, a Fairfield native, moved to Moraga in 2006. He went to the University of Southern California to attend architecture school after graduating from Campolindo High School.

He is closing out his fifth – and final college year – under a shelter-in-place order.
